These Terms govern your use of IELTS Masters (the “Service”) at ieltsmasters.in. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
IELTS Masters provides an AI-driven mock IELTS Speaking test and an automated, estimated band assessment. It is an independent practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment English, or the official IELTS organisations. Band estimates are indicative only and do not predict or guarantee your official IELTS result.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use.
A paid “test credit” unlocks one full three-part mock test. Pricing is shown at checkout (currently ₹149 per test, introductory). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details. A credit remains valid until you start a test; once you start, a 15-minute window allows restarts (for disconnections or retries) until one test is completed. One payment entitles you to one completed test.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass payment or usage limits, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. The Service depends on third-party providers (speech, language, email and payment services) and your internet connection and microphone.
All Service content, software and branding are owned by IELTS Masters or its licensors. Your spoken responses remain yours; see the Privacy Policy for how they are processed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on band estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
