Refund & Cancellation Policy

IELTS Masters sells a digital service — an AI mock IELTS Speaking test delivered instantly. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Unused credit

If you have paid but not yet started a test, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing support@ieltsmasters.in from your registered email.

After you start a test

Once you start a test the service has been delivered, so the payment is generally non-refundable. To protect you against technical problems, a single payment includes a 15-minute window with unlimited restarts — so a dropped connection, refresh, or accidental early exit does not use up your payment. Only a test that runs to completion uses the credit.

Technical failure on our side

If a verified technical fault on our side prevents you from completing a test (and the 15-minute retry window did not resolve it), email us with your registered email and the approximate time. We will re-grant a credit or refund at our discretion.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged but did not receive a credit (e.g. a duplicate charge or a payment that failed after debit), contact us and we will verify with Razorpay and refund the duplicate/erroneous amount.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
